Hello
On Sunday 12/27/2020 my dog Kiara was admitted to the clinic derived from my veterinarian with kidney failure, they told me that she had to stay in for the good of my girl, they gave her treatment and fluids to see if they would lower her believe and the urea that was very high, I want to think that they did everything possible, but she did not react to the treatment, I think they are professionals.
But what I do not understand and cannot overcome (since they told me that if anything happened they would call me) is that when I call on the 30th around 9:30 a.m. they tell me that my daughter has passed away
I can not with the pain I have if I had not been by her side or if they had told me when we were to see her the day before that she was so bad, I would have taken her home and she would have been with her family in her last moments, but no they called me when it got worse
My cat almost died from a misdiagnosis from one of her vets, still paying a fortune. Appointments for fatal operations, they give you an hour and they operate when they feel like it, they tell you that they will call you and they don't and you have to show up hours later. My cat was going to be sterilized and I find that they have operated on her for something that supposedly she was already cured several days before according to the vet and on top of that they charge me 40 euros more because they say it is an emergency, when I went with my appointment for the operation without being an emergency day or schedule.
The check-ups of the stitches were a disaster too, they didn't even look at it and it was me at home who had to realize if I had loose stitches or not and they kept doing things wrong and when I went to complain, the vet who treated me didn't even She showed her face, still asking her to come out and her partner, with very rudeness and bad tone, called me and my husband liars. No education, depending on the veterinarian who touches you, they tell you one thing or another. A real shame. I changed all my animals to another vet.
Thank you for taking such good care of Bimba, my 5-year-old beagle who entered without sensation in his hind legs due to a very complicated hernia and with a difficult prognosis and came out after a week in hospital supporting his legs 💪 now we are recovering little by little, but thanks to Javier, who is a great surgeon, we will be able to return to our long walks in the countryside, which is what he likes the most. Courage to whoever is going through the same situation, patience!
Since December 27, my dog was admitted for kidney failure, on Tuesday 29 I went to see her and I saw her turned off. They agreed to call us if something happened and what hurts us the most is that on Wednesday 30 we called in the morning to find out how he was and they told us that he had passed away.
What hurts me the most is that she died alone when they told us that they would call us if something happened.
