Lousy experience.
I bought a necklace in September. I put it on and it did not last a day, when I put the crosses well it broke without giving any tug.
I sent an email and they did not answer me, after putting off on the phone 3 times they finally give me an answer, and what was it? That it was my fault.
They offered me to buy a chain with the washers and I accepted. It took weeks to arrive and when it arrived, it was not the correct chain and it came without the washers. They were going to send it to me again but it took 3 weeks and many calls. When it finally arrived, it came without the washers and another measure. In the end they sent me another chain (which was not the right size either) with the washers, but I already gave up on claiming anything because they don't give you any solution.
I bought the necklace in September and until the end of December I have not been able to use it.
I do not recommend this store at all, since they do not give any solution to the problems and they always make excuses over the phone, because they do not answer by mail.
I put the comment on the web telling how the experience had been but they have not published it, they only publish the positive ones.
They serve you in luxury. They explain things to you and nothing is 100% true. I like it
