sorry the company they represent are a bunch of thieves. I am still paying my rakuten mobile service when I cancel the contract (I have proof) almost 6 months ago. (Actually I stop using the service more than 3 years ago, but I didn't mind paying 14 euros a month until recently. And now I find myself unable to stop paying. Rakuten's claim to my own money is stronger than mine. Well done.
Ridiculous channels pre installed on my Samsung TV, don't know why they don't have freeview so I can watch normal UK channels ... most of the Rakuten channels have the same episodes on repeat for months, and the volume of their adverts are so loud after the programs that you have to continually jump at the remote control to turn down or mute the volume every time an advert plays as it is so absurdly loud! Sort out this useless service please!

Good online content platform. They started as a video store but they keep adding new options, such as subscription (although it is very simple) and free content with ads (which does not stop growing)
