A few years ago I went to fix a gold choker clasp, I didn't think about it and then it was too late because they kept the broken piece. And it is gold.
But what has disappointed me now.
I've gone, this time I asked for the piece. They changed it, I took it, and when I was taking a shower I realized that it was slipping. Luckily I didn't get to fall and sneak through the undo.
I come back and they tell me that of course it is that the piece is not welded only on.
To which my answer was, I don't know about this, I came to fix it ..
Total the vjelven to stay.
(I had already paid my € 18)
When I go to pick it up they tell me that I have to pay € 6, because if they melt it they have used gold.
If they had told me I would have brought the broken piece and with that they would have done it.
Total.
That are not 18
But € 24
That they did it wrong to me and they didn't even warn me
And that without realizing it I would have lost it through the pipes thanks to them.
Not recommended at all.
I don't think they tell the truth or treat people well.
I certainly will not return
