Good Morning, Today my son had a consultation with a doctor sent by the company. He lives in Vigo, the appointment was for 8:30 AM, they did the analytics, but the doctor with whom he had a consultation WAS NOT.

Very poor service and a more than evident lack of professionalism. I went to look for the result of an analysis simply and after a long time, repeatedly asking my name and what the analysis was for, they gave me one in my name, but with someone else's ID. They tell me that the doctor's handwriting was not well understood and perhaps that is why it did not appear anywhere, so they caught something that looked like my name, they changed it and did not bother to make sure. Come on ... a circus of place. Luckily the insurance of the company pays, I only regret what people get to pay for these clinics.

A lousy experience. They give you an appointment for an hour and it takes you an hour and a half to enter and wait in the street. Lack of staff and outdated facilities
