Very disappointed. We ordered at home and not only did it take 1 hour and 40 minutes but, obviously, the food arrived cold and on top of that they forgot the drink that they had charged us with.
The food in terms of quality / price leaves much to be desired. Little quantity and all with too much rice and little seasoning.
We expected that, at least, after taking 40 minutes longer than what we were told in the beginning, they would compensate us with some small discount or detail for the inconvenience. We can keep waiting, what is clear is that we will not repeat.
Excellent value for money, quality raw materials and good home delivery service, highly recommended in my experience.
I have tried it today and will repeat more often for sure! Me and my family are quite critical of sushi and we are delighted.
We tried it the other day and we are VERY happy !!! Punctual and quality food at a good price ... WE WILL REPEAT !!!
The home is fast, but the food lacks a lot of work, it is quite tasteless. It is expensive considering the result!
We can finally have a quality Japanese dinner at Palau. Very good everything we asked for. We loved the battered makis of beer and the yakisoba a 10. I don't put a 5 pq we thought prices were a bit excessive and I would like more variety. But we will repeat!
