I have gone to have one thing fixed on my new bike, a Chinese one that I have not been able to ride, they are super nice, they have finished riding it, fixed what was wrong and they have given me a thousand solutions and advice that I did not know. And he hadn't bought it from them !! Thank you very much, highly recommended attention !!

I went by appointment on the recommendation of a friend for a workshop adjustment of an Electric Bike not purchased there. As planned, they received me on the day and at the agreed time! Impeccable so far, but the first vibrations of "closeness" and "speed" at the Client registration were not the best ... The very kind Technician came out to take a first look at the bike before I left it there (much appreciated), but I left the place with doubts about whether they would solve the problem. And if yes, by when? The next day (for today), I called by phone to pick up the bike and be able to use it (with the mismatch) on the Weekend assuming that they would not have been able to work on it. And what was my surprise that they had it ready to collect and perfectly repaired! Nothing to say. The other way around ... one more lesson that prejudices or "first impressions" don't always add up! Very good treatment in the collection, clear explanations, and adequate price of the intervention. Thanks to the Two People who assure the attention, the service and the insurance that the expert advice for the sale of Bikes in this Super "Boutique" of EBikes !. For many more sales and services like that. Congratulations!.
