2 years and 2 months. 5818 km. I did not find the purchase invoice but with the grant they were a little over € 800, now they are for € 1200. In short for how long the key parts like battery and motor last, it is a very bad deal. This should be added to the overhaul every 1000 km 33.06x6, and some small repairs that fell to each overhaul. I can't compare because I've only had an electric bike from this brand, but at the maintenance level for 6000km it's not that far from the car (maybe even more expensive). Not a recommended option, look at comparisons with other brands, or even appreciate that perhaps an electric moped is more affordable. You may value other brands without a motor (brompton) that may give you less maintenance problems, and even if they are more expensive at the start, in the long run it will be cheaper than this.

Very happy with the purchase of the bike. In climbs you notice a lot the impulse and the help it gives you. The store staff is quite friendly and they know how to guide you in everything you need. I have had the bike for two years and it goes without any problem, last year I gave it quite a bit, this year due to COVID situations and remote work has been less the use that I have given it, however, every time I use it I go just like the first day I took it out of the store. I recently had an error on the screen that something was wrong with the battery and I contacted them by mail to report the problem; What could have caused it and what solution could I give it and in a few hours they have given me an answer indicating what the problem was and how to solve it. This type of detail speaks very well of their technical support, since if it is something simple they tell you how to solve it and in my case they have even sent me a video of how to do it, possibly with another company they will tell you that you will take it to the store, you I would charge for the review or they would find any way to get some money from you, so the response I received speaks highly of their honesty.
