Just walked out of this place due to the extremely rude manager - Paco. It was raining and we arrived early and were told a table in the corner was damp so we would have to wait for a different one. When our turn came, we were offered the same damp table - and when I pointed that out to him the response was - take it or leave it. I could see available tables going to other customers. Pathetic way to treat a customer, these things matter and I hope management take notice - I would have expected a calmer and more respectful response, rather than just saying “it’s okay if you don’t want it - I am already busy”. We decided to go next door to a much better restaurant - La Torreta, and with extremely great and friendly service.

What a disappointment! We’ve been here before when visiting the island last season. Decided to come around, and we’re greeted by the manager, who offered us a damp table (after raining). Although we made a booking well in advance, we were told “take it or leave it” the damp table, in a very rude way. Like if he, Paco, the manager, didn’t care! After we complaint and saying that he was very rude, he in the end came out and apologised, but the damage was done. I won’t spend a penny anywhere if the waiter/manager do not treat you with respect. We decided not to take it and go next door, to “La Torreta”. What a place! Service was fantastic, waiters very friendly and the food was amazing - love the T-bone.

The entrecôte was a way to big and thin . The whole plate was 80 % full of meat but very thin To get it medium was impossible !
