I love their products!
I am very sorry that service in Spanish Kiehl's is pretty bad (worse than in US or Russia), I used to love this brand and one of the reasons was good service. For example, their recycling program. When you turn in 3 empty bottles, you get a gift and a card where they mark 3 points. Then you turn in 2 more and get a better gift. Well, I turned in 3 bottles, they didn't give me a card ("oh we don't have them right now") so to get the next gift I need to bring 5 empty bottles instead of 2. No excuses were made.
Moreover their prices have gone up like crazy. A year ago Men's anti age cream 75 ml was 50$ in US and 50€ here. Now it's 70€! (Still 50 in US)!!! Absolutely insane.
One of my favorite skin care brands. As having psoriasis these products save my skin and sanity. And I love the staff in the Barcelona shops. Always ready to educate me and tell me what is best based on my skin condition each time. They also have sneeked in samples wich I love and usually buy a jar of that product next time as they always sneek in samples that suit my skin.
