they took the father to Manresa without notifying us, the certificate is bad ft and we have claimed many times via phone and email .... they are a disaster ... a star because I can't put any!

Bad state of the viewing rooms, unjustifiable delays in the services and no attention to the claims. There are much more worthy options for such an important service.
