My complaint is about the management service plus: with the excuse of the coronavirus they gave me the paperwork 3 months later, as I urgently needed it, I had to go myself both to the Open Peace court and to the OPEN higher court of justice (resolved in 1 day). I lacked the last wills (in my case, I didn't need them). I spent complaining about two weeks x email and phone, both to the agency and the funeral, the manager's response was to question what he could verify himself. The answer was finally that, as he had the death certificate dated NEXT DAY OF DEATH, not to make at least a price reduction. Summary: the agency does everything online, they bring together many people's things and they do everything together up to here normal. But if you put 10 services together, it's waiting for you to get cheaper because of a beard. If the client needs the service that is expected, the plus is the € 260 that they charge for procedures that are worth two hours of going + the stamp and registered letter to Madrid, to ask for last wishes and insurance. On September 30 2018, I had my mother in this funeral home. My thanks for fulfilling our request in total discretion. In general, they were attentive, in every minute and the wonderful speaker. Only a small observation; in the first step, the lord he answered us, yes, he was grateful that when he gave us his condolences, he would have looked us in the face. And for a moment, he stopped moving papers.

Positive: Free large parking. Nice, modern and quiet place. Very good treatment of professionals. Very nice speaker and we were all excited. Funeral services are cheaper than in other funeral parlors in Barcelona. Negative: Live it in unpleasant moments. Poorly communicated with public transport, since it requires walking a bit. At night badly placed signage that costs to see.

Despite being a place where sadness prevails, it is very beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. In the cafeteria they have a menu for € 12.50, with a half-menu option. Free parking. The other services I have not tried.
