On Saturday at 4am my father died at the Clinic. At 6am we were in the Memorial office of the same hospital. Several points: - They show you a catalog of coffins, without a clear price. When I ask for the cheapest I know he is obliged to offer you, he takes it out on a paper that was not in the catalog. - To the invoice you add services that you have not requested: wake room (premium?), Coffee and press service, book of signatures ... And to go making cash (we made them take it out, but in moments like those I'm sure a lot of people don't even notice). - For the concept of 'personalization of the ceremony' they charge you almost € 200. I ask what it is and they tell me the priest. A priest is charged for 15 minutes to recite a text that is always the same changing a name, almost € 200? I would like someone to clarify it for me. - The same for the reminder. I ask if I can customize it with a text of ours and they tell me yes, just copy and paste, because what they printed was full of spelling mistakes, even my father's name was misspelled, but of course, when you see it you are doing the vigil with everything printed and paid for. - When we arrived at the funeral home of Les Corts, we did not have the funeral home at the time they had told us, but 6 hours later, the schedule of the ceremony was not what we had specified with them at the Clinic, 'incineration time was the confirmed one ... All the arrangements that we had to redo the next day and that we had already paid a gold price for their disastrous management. So many nonsense at a time like this, and having paid € 5,000 (choosing the cheapest options). No apology, on the contrary, his commercial scolded us for arriving a quarter of an hour earlier than expected. Who compensates you for this? I assure you that if the bill was a posteriori I would not have paid. But of course, they take advantage of the fact that we are in a complex time, that the mother did not want mess, but one day the administrations and authorities should intervene at once this mafia and this constant mismanagement, to take advantage of this and take advantage of vulnerable people who are living a very sad time.

We contract the Electium service with them, once contracted you no longer exist. They have not given us any receipt and we wanted to see what happened, but after 10 days and calling and writing many times they do not respond. We are going to pretend we had nothing with them, total, they do not charge it or provide a solution. Terrible service, I don't want to imagine what it will be like when people have to use the service.

I have recently had to turn to Mémora and I am completely satisfied. Very professional, humane and detailed. Eva Vázquez Morales, as advisor, received us and advised us at all times, giving us a service of 10. And the staff of the Hospitalet mortuary the same. The price was significantly lower than that of Les Corts, but it is not a problem, because it has a metro stop 50m away. Special mention to Cristina who accompanied us during the wake. The drivers, very professional and friendly. I only have good words for them. I recommend it 100%.

Disappointed deluded, poorly advised, a lousy manager. They set up a funeral room without asking for it and people went there, I was informed in writing that I had to ask for my last wishes and the death certificate and then they called me that they had it, one disaster after another. I can accept mistakes, even one after another, but on top of that the personal treatment when talking about the mistakes was disastrous.

I have not gotten the information I have requested by phone and 4 emails about a matter related to a medical death certificate. Nor have they bothered to answer.
