Great prices and range. Recommended visit!
As a reply to the comment about the problem with a chandelier, I want to add that as the person in charge of the establishment, we assumed our mistake and the customer was rewarded with a new chandelier at no cost to her, this detail seems to have been forgotten.
As jewelers with extensive experience we have always assumed our responsibility for problems that may have arisen and we will continue to do so.
Excellent service, lifelong jewelers, they fix everything they can and more, as long as it is in their hands, good professionals.
If you want a jewel of your own design, come and they will make a budget without obligation.
I have been asked for 160 euros to solder a piece to a metal chandelier, not even a silver one, after taking a few months just to pass me a simple budget, which obviously I have not accepted because the price is totally abusive, although the answer to my complaints it has been, no one does this work today .. yes of course and you charge 160 euros ... totally justified!
A store to buy, repair jewelry and watches and where customer service is as it was before, next and of quality.
