There's a big sign that says it includes detergent and fabric softener. Lie, lie like a great cathedral. The machine had no change and I kept 1.50 of my change. I will not return, and will try not to recommend it.

There are no anticovid measures throughout the premises. Not even a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel ... Regarding the laundry, it does its job.

We had a problem with a washing machine that got stuck and wouldn't stop spinning, we called the phone number they have for breakdowns and they took an hour to answer. After answering and finally talking to the owner, it took them 4 more hours to solve the problem, we arrived at 4:00 p.m. and until 9:00 p.m. we did not leave, and he does not know where the complaint form is. Horrible service and management came a lot but I still think about it with this last experience.
