I called the Serrat locksmith technicians and the truth is I am delighted they saved me since another locksmith company wanted to break everything because they say they had no other option and thus change the lock and cylinder all complete when it was new. Well, thanks to my mistrust, I started calling other technicians and when they arrived it was clear (only the cylinder was broken and they opened it without breaking anything) then they changed the Bombin and installed a high-security one because I had a basic cylinder that They could open it for me with a master key. They saved me at night, to walk the dog and the door was closed on me. They arrived at my house in approximately 10 minutes and they opened for me in 1 minute. I am grateful to them.
