1 Star because I can't put a 0. I leave two pairs of sneakers to stick the sole, it charges me for going ahead, so far so good. When I go back to pick them up, a rust tells me that the house does not work for him, totally not to give me the ticket. But the good thing is, I take the sneakers and don't look at them, and when I get home I find a crooked punch and the heel is badly stuck and the bombshell is full of glue on all sides and the other set of badly stuck sneakers as well. ZERO professionalism. I do not recommend it under any concept.

Rude and liars. They tell you that there is no problem when duplicating controls, they recommend one, obviously not the economic one, it does not work and they do not return the money because in the cash register it says that it is not returned, you are only going to exchange it. Let's see, you give me the ticket once you have paid and you did not warn of that, damn it !!!

I went to ask for a shoe repair and the clerk, when my turn has come, has turned without attention and has started to make some copies of keys. There was no one else in the store and I asked if he could help me, his response was that he had to wait. I waited a few minutes and told him that if he could answer a question about the shoes, and if it was necessary, he would wait for me. With an impressive cockiness he did not want to answer me and I tired of waiting I asked him for the book of claims for his bad attention. I do not know how they do the work but of course they do not have any education, nor do they want to attend to the public.

Very good service, despite previous opinions. It has solved the footwear problem in 2 minutes
