Very unhappy. I order a packet of dog feed at home and when not answering the bell (there were people at home) they throw the sack through the door and obviously the sack shattered and more than half the feed on the floor i.e. to throw. Badly they tell me it’s my fault and I still have to accept a ridiculous discount on the next purchase (which obviously won’t be done). I would not recommend it to anyone
