As a neighbor of the school, I can say that this is a place where both children and parents feel at home. There is a very active parent association that organizes weekend events for the whole family. It's a great example of a family-centered Catalan elementary school.
The Vapor Vell is an old factory located in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona (Spain). It is considered the oldest steam industry preserved in Barcelona. It entered service in 1846 as a factory for the textile company Güell, Ramis y Compañía, owned by Joan Güell.
Later, they left this factory and created Colonia Güell.
LÉscola Barrufet, is located in one of the facilities of the old textile factory and in front of it, we find one of the chimneys.

Public school and with 50 years of history in the neighborhood of Sants. Sharing space and building with the Vapor Vell library.

At first it should be fine, but there are aspects that are not so good, such as: there were a number of families, who due to financial difficulties could not afford the dining room and the APA group intended to publish on the board ads the ones who couldn't pay.
