The best way is to buy online ticket (15€ in 2017) which include: train ticket (return) and ticket with audioguide on Colonia Guell.Find FGC train on (under) pl.Espana in BCN, pick-up your tickets (you will find well marked information desk), take a train (line S33, S8, S4) and enjoy 23 minutes ride to Colonia Guell station. Follow blue steps prints on the pavemnet. Enjoy the pleace with no rush.

couldn't see the chapel as there was a wedding taking place, except from that nothing to see or do there

The unmanned station is nice, but the ticket vending machine was closed I walked one station and got back with a T10 ticket Did you panic if you didn't know anything? If you ask someone living in Spain I was told that it was Spain It is a personal trip to enjoy such an experience

Beautiful place to hang out, very picturesque. If you arrive by train at the station, everything is very well detailed to reach the tourist office and the center. I admit that everything is too thought for tourism, and obviously you will have to pay for everything. The place is small in the agrarian colony style but with the contribution of Guell. There is usually only one open bar, no store or supermarket for fast shopping.
