This letter is for the man who was at the door of the court controlling access (and did not have a uniform from the security company).
You see, this morning you have treated my wife with contempt, arrogance and rudeness. Upon requesting access to the court carrying the relevant authorization to enter and carry out a procedure, he has presented the message that was sent to him yesterday and he has already ignored it, I have felt with great impotence of not being able to answer him for the alleged consequences that would have derived of it.
My wife called court number 6 to facilitate access and thus has been able to enter to manage a procedure.
To tell you that my wife is a teacher, she has given courses to conflictive people and high-ranking managers, that is, she is not uneducated and with a lot of patience because of how you have treated her.
That unless he apologizes for his performance and in the event that he does not know how to do it, he can give him a learning course ... so that he learns to respect the people who need information and help, not contempt.
What a shame there are no consequences for you in the form of sanction or dismissal.
What a bad example the staff at the door smoking, drinking coffee and with the mask on their double chin, talking about their things as if those of us who were waiting in line did not exist
