The House Museum of the poet Gabriel y Galán is a must for all those who come to Guijo de Granadilla. Although the poet was born in Frades de la Sierra, Salamanca, he lived part of his life in the town, where he served as a teacher and created much of his work, reaching a notorious popularity. Next to the House Museum is the municipal library, with great cultural activity throughout the year.
