The attention given by the secretary, has been unpleasant, terrible and very rude. Showing absolutely disinterest and little professionalism. On the part of one of the janitors it has been insulting, he has yelled at me on several occasions, humiliating the treatment received towards me. I hope that these situations do not occur again. The address of the center is not available, they have not provided me with anything at all and they have not replied. In short, there is no show of interest, professionalism in this "educational center". Leaves much to be desired, I have felt cheated, it is my humble opinion.
The telephone service with the center and the secretariat is very bad, they almost never answer the calls and when they do (from concierge I suppose) they do not pass you with the secretariat, so you stay the same. They always tell me that they are very busy and that I call at another time. I have called at all hours of the morning for more than a week and apparently it is never a good time to work ...
Cool. My son is very satisfied in that center, a great teacher.
