My negative opinion is due to the cost of the visit. The amount for the "URGENT SERVICE" was added to the bill, although in my opinion this visit was not. The date of the visit was fixed 6 hours earlier, I did not insist on haste, there was no need, there are several dentists in the area, open during the day. The date of the visit was proposed on their part at 19, but after three hours I received a call that the visit could take place an hour earlier. And that's how it happened. I was on a visit with my niece, me as an accompanying person. As for the quality of the service, knowledge and professionalism of the doctor, I have no objections! The dentist performed x-rays of the two teeth, gave anesthesia, after a while found a strong inflammation and it was impossible to continue treatment / tooth removal. The dentist's decision was correct. A prescription for medicines has been written. Everything would be 5 stars if it was not for the bill. The visit lasted one hour together with the doctor's interview and filling out the form. The account amounted to 180 €, including 90 for the "URGENT SERVICE". That's why I put a negative opinion.

Here we are in case of illness or after an accident always very well cared for, treated. Very nice and very modern treatments. You pay the costs first, but the health insurance in Germany has always refunded the costs.

Friendly and helpful, despite my not easy children, they are treated with respect and empathy. Every few years one or the other of us ends up seeing a doctor here, it is very lucky to have this doctor here in Benicarlo. His son is a dentist and speaks German. You will be supported by (I believe) the wife / mother. All three friendly and competent, just what you need when you have to go to the doctor on vacation, possibly even with children.
