This site, normal is open every day except for days that have competitions or a weather event. It is a very good site if you want to run freely. Since it is far from the city not many people go, but that more than a disadvantage we could take it as the opposite if you want to concentrate fully. Recently they have added an enclosure to make calisthenics, which in the absence of a climbing rope and a horizontal staircase there is everything. One drawback that I find is that in the vertical jump canvas and in the sand jump you have to put it, but you can fix them. It is a very good place to exercise
