Mandatory stop if you pass through Almagro, or even nearby. The detour is worth it. Whenever I go home they ask me if I have brought cheese from here. The quality of the cheeses is 100%. All artisanal, and the price for a whole cheese that is usually around € 12 is great. Possibly one of the best cheese sales establishments in Spain. 😎

Everything I bought is delicious: seasoned aubergines, semi-cured cheese with rosemary and chocolate with olive oil!
