Shop with good cold cuts and cheeses. We have already bought several times, this last time we bought the special edition cured cheese (buttery, intense flavor) and the Perez Arquero (cured, hard to the level of cracking when cut and intense). The girl who was very kind to us, recommended us and we were able to try some cheeses to know which one to choose.
