The treatment with the office and vehicle mortuary staff was impeccable, very friendly and understanding; there was an error on my part and they solved it very quickly with the city council. They took care of everything, and did the corresponding paperwork. It is a service that we never want to use and it is appreciated that they are so professional, at no time did they want to sell me extras or anything similar and I was informed at all times of the scope of the services they offer.
