MORE THAN ENCHANTED WITH THE CENTER. It is one of the few places in this town, in which when you enter you teleport to another place. The decoration, the space, the reconstruction of the center itself that they have done for OUR SECURITY, is admirable. The monitors are some of the best people I have seen in a long time and they are always ready to help you and offer an alternative to the setbacks you may have. I put 5 stars because I can't put 1000.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Personalized attention (they take into account your pathologies when doing certain exercises), close treatment, they are great professionals. INSTALLATIONS: The center is very large, impressive decoration, you can see the taste for small details. Ishvara has 2 rooms for yoga practice, changing rooms and toilets, a small hall and an office. Open spaces, very bright and well equipped (they have a lot of material for the practice of their activities). ANTI-COVID PROTOCOLS: Very small groups, all classes are done with a mask, ventilation before and after each practice, delimited areas within the rooms, the safety distance is respected. At the entrance they also have hydroalcoholic gel. I started with them during the pandemic, the practice of yoga is helping me a lot to manage the stress and anxiety derived from this whole situation. It is very safe and I totally recommend it.

Yoga professionals, aware of the postures, breathing and the well-being of each one @. Very spacious classrooms, with lighting and ideal temperature adapted to each moment COVID FREE: you feel very safe, they meet measurements of distance, hygiene, ventilation ... a 10 !!

Very bad experience. Classes were suspended due to Covid-19 in mid-March, and now they refuse to return the amount corresponding to that half month, with the sole justification that this situation has negatively affected the economy of their business and that is why they remain my money. I have changed cities and I cannot take classes again. I have every right to claim this amount. Defaulters, I do not recommend it at all.

If you are looking for a place to treat yourself after a stressful week at work, this is the best place to come. The massages are formidable. I recommend it.
