TOTALLY RECOMMENDED recommendation. They ignore the mail, and when you can talk to them they delegate responsibilities to other members of the company. The treatment is dehumanized and his professional work is far from what is expected. My experience leads me to do everything possible to prevent anyone else from having to go through the same thing. It took months of repeated insistence to get the photoceramic for a tombstone, because at best we only got very delayed responses. We even had to consider going to the company because even on the phone we did not get results. I am very sorry, but in no way will I hire or recommend your services.
