I go on time, no one deigns to greet me, and I hope I wait and wait, and when I'm 30min late without anyone telling me or seeing that a friend of the two hairdressers comes in and directly places herself in the washing chairs and starts talking to them about personal issues, and they get to assist her leaving me in the waiting area. Seeing this, I get up and leave, obviously without either of them having deigned to speak to me. 0 customer service and 0 commitment to customers that are not your usual ones. A shame.

I started to frequent this hairdresser at the direction of a friend about 10 years ago. And the last 5 years making me 700 km one way and 700 back to put the wicks with Nuria. The girl who now directs the hair is super nice and dynamic, it shows that she is willing to make your life easier in terms of dating and that. In these years I have met many hairdressers who have been there but as Nuria nobody! She is fabulous, super discreet, honest and great professional. And the best part is that my hair is wonderful! They are not at all interested in clients (I suppose only those who are convenient or close to her) since they do not take care of them. Says a person who has been years and years going to fix their hair every month and have never had (that although they have no reason, should) a detail either in the price or in some other way. I do not recommend anything because always making the same arrangement in the hair sometimes charged me more and others less, being that according to their prices do not vary, mainly if you always do the same and this depended on who charged me. I have never mentioned anything to them and I paid religiously without protest and totally to receive today the treatment I received from the company.
