I ordered 2 articles on 7th June. Debited from my bank account. I was like most of you all or almost.... Never received my order. But I tried another way.. Asking them information about an article I could be interested in... After a while and several attempts they came back to me to know whether I was happy with the reply given to my request.... I replied that I never received any reply and that I was amazingly furious about not receiving my order but my bank account being debited.... And so on.... The day after I received an email mentioning that my order had been sent.... But no reply to my last email 😂
While I am very happy with the furnitures I received I will never order to this company again....
Sending this kind of email worked in my case. I hope it will work in yours as well.

Very bad experience. I ordered the 13th of july in France. We are now the 17 of September and I still did not receive my order.
After that I ordered, I never received an email of confirmation for my order, so I do not have any information to provide them, such as the number of my order, so they cannot identify me. I am not sure if this website is a scam, but I will give another week before canceling with my bank. This is unacceptable.

Absolute scam...wish I read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM WELLINDAL!! Not worth the hassle. I'm still waiting for my money back!
Desk ordered few weeks ago, the money was debited on my bank account but no order confirmation and no customer service ! I Do not recommend this company at all !!
