There is no appointment for several weeks because they are closed tight. In the end I have to do the procedure from home that takes me all morning (because they put limits on the mb that you can upload of paperwork) when they charge to do it.

A shame, we searched the Internet by telematic appointment for telephone service today at 13:30, and nobody calls us, in addition to having the service collapsed and also looking for appointments available so that no one called and attended to you, life of an official, panda of scoundrels.
