Bad organization. They send home to new auxiliaries without saying anything, they do not know what they have to do or what needs the user has. The company does not take the phone either from them or from us (the user's family). Sometimes they forget and do not send any auxiliary to cover their service causing total chaos .... And they do not look at the human capacity and empathy of the auxiliaries. Because there are things like simple respect and patience towards a person with dementia that are basic. And you call to talk about this and they have an apology and excuses for everything.
