They do not return the money but that, they do not warn you, they do not advertise it in your ticket, or in the store, not only that, but they did not want to give you a claim sheet and when you gave it, you did not want it neither seal nor sign. My sister left crying from there with a voucher she does not want at all. I went to ask him earnestly that my sister needed the money, needless to say that the lady started screaming like a crazy woman until I told her, that she did not talk to me so I was not my sister, and that We had asked for a refund of the amount. We have always been there, my mother, she bought two gold watches in her day and we always bought there, she has lost 4 clients and a lot more, because we have told family and friends. That's called stealing and more when my sister told her I needed the money. What she answered was that she had not bought it !!!! It seems to me of shame that a client of all the life is treated this way. We will never return, for 55 miserable euros, he has lost more than he has won. You have to be very shameless to deal with the clients more when it was due to force majeure. I consider that they gave me a regrettable treatment taking a side by another client who had pushed me. And at the time of asking for the claim sheet they behaved in an unsociable way, even saying that if they treated me badly with not returning, I had solved it, and that it looked like a schoolyard girl. They even refused to give me information on how to cover the sheet telling me that they will inform me there. I do not recommend it at all.
