Maria and Sonia at the counter are friendly and serve you well and with patience. The others also attend to you, although sometimes they are saturated and are already somewhat less friendly or less used to dealing with the public. In your release I have to say that they are all accessible. They are subjected to very rigid work systems and sometimes they cannot give the help we need, but they are not advisory either. The Registrar is accessible and very friendly, light years from others around us.
