On 7-08-2019 I went to buy some insoles for some shoes. I explained that it was for my daughter who had bought some shoes that had been stretched, she believed me some "arneplant" insoles of 14.95 euros. He did not warn me at any time that they could not be returned or exchanged. The insoles did not work and I went to the next day, on 9-08-2019 with the box and the ticket to change or return the insoles and my surprise was that returns or changes of shoes insoles are not accepted or are you going to change the underwear after buying it ?, that was exactly your literal answer. I think that if changes or returns are not accepted, it is the obligation of the seller to warn you, because we are talking about 14.95 euros: Very badly your performance as a seller and expert and I would never recommend that establishment

Great service. They fixed the problem, delivered within the agreed time. The price was budgeted and also made it worthwhile to repair the item instead of buying a new one. We should bet on repairs when possible instead of acquiring new items, the planet would appreciate it.
