Unpleasant treatment, the employee was impertinent and aggressive. I brought a laptop to get it fixed and called at the end of the day to find out about its condition, responding very badly that it was not fixed yet. Since I needed the computer I went to the store 5 minutes after the call and surprisingly it was already fixed. After getting paid, I asked him for the ticket in case there was a problem with the repair and at that moment he tried to remove the computer from my hands, even struggling, to show me that it was fixed, and ignoring my request to release the computer to to be able to leave and end this violent situation as soon as possible. When I get home, I verify that the computer continues to give the same failure without any repair. Charging for a service that has not been performed has a name.

Respond to bad reviews by lying and misrepresenting the facts. I insist: he did not repair my computer and he charged me for it, I had to take it to pcbox where they have been very kind.

Be careful when he has a bad day ... He gets aggressive, rude, € 15 for not opening the computer
