Great. It is the first you see that I signed up for a yoga class. Margarida is a great teacher, she teaches you very well and it shows that she controls a lot. I recommend it to anyone.

I love their classes, they help me to de-stress every day, it is very good for my health and my mind. The center is very prepared for this and gives you a lot of relaxation. Margarida is a very good professional with a lot of quality and offers you a very personal treatment.
