We stayed at el rincón de ale opposite the car park. The apartment was nice and they gave us a voucher for the car park saying visit the office on floor 5 and parking overnight will only be €12 which still isn't cheap but ok. However when we left my wife and kids got in the car and I went to the office on floor 5 with the voucher no one was in the office. Other people came, the phone was ringing but no one to be seen. I waited around 30 minutes but no one came, so very lucky there wasn't an emergency or a broken barrier as no help could be given. I ended up just paying in the machine over €18 which is the most I've ever paid for a car park in my life.

Excellent parking located in the heart of the old town, with access to different areas of it.

No customer service. There was no one who could assist us and the phone number does not exist. Parking is tight and parking lots are small. The information on the web is messy. We have been 1h and 10 minutes and it has cost us 2.25e. The only good thing is the location. I do not recommend it.

Person who attended us to be complete by telephone barrier is unpleasant and bordering on rudeness just to ask if we would have room when leaving cars. He tells us a bonus of a considerable amount of money and that we should have taken out before ... Everything surreal. By the way the phone they put on the web is turned off and you can't do anything from the web. I do not recommend. At 300mts up you have the one in San Pedro that the woman who attended us was kind and a good counselor. Chao parking mangana.
