Cuenca is a jewel, is a small village sitting in amazing natural sourroundings, its very foundation goes back to 1177 were it was liberated from the “moros” by king Algonso VIII, thus began its reconstruction for centuries. Today we see its glorious past meeting with the modern city to create something unique to visit.

Cuenca is ... to keep in mind. It is worth visiting every corner, it is a city devoted to tourism, a clean, modern city, with a multitude of services. On both sides of the city, the ravine gives it a special attraction, and of course, its hanging houses, which is almost the least important thing and yet it is what it is best known for.

It is a charming city with countless places to see. It is worth taking a walk through its streets and especially visiting its hanging houses and its cathedral. I will also tell you that its streets have good slopes.
