The biggest scoundrel I've ever come across. We go with my 80-year-old grandmother at 11pm after all day in the hospital. As soon as he saw that we were from Madrid, his tone changed. We were willing to pay whatever it was, since being from another Community we do not have a prescription, at the hospital they assured us that by presenting the report they sold us the antibiotic (and that's the way it is) but the person who treated us was twisted and looked for excuses, He said it said that it was 2 grams and that Aumentine did not exist when, clearly it put 875 mg in the report. He made us go back to the hospital with my grandmother crushed under her nose. The doctor explained to us that with the report it was valid and when trying in another pharmacy .. No problem. It caused us a lot of trouble since it was Friday night and there are no more pharmacies on duty in Cuenca and my grandmother couldn't even move. Very little shame !!
