I think that the City Council should be ashamed of giving so little return to its taxpayers and of making so much neglect of its obligations.
I find it embarrassing that today, to leave the car at C / Princesa Zaida, I return to see that I have been fined 80 euros for not having a ticket. As I was going to know, I live in a small town in Cuenca, we are still in a state of alarm, phase 2. Who has decided to re-implement the charges now ?! I have been 11 months without work and to top it off I have to try to pay this.
