The station of Cuenca is in an absolute state of abandonment I think the Junta de Castilla la Mancha or whoever would have to fall face of shame that a station as it is (of course there is no other) is in this state. 1-The service is poor hygiene, no latch on the doors, cold, without paper or dry hands. 2-The waiting room in winter is a refrigerator and in summer a sauna and when it rains. 3-Information and billing on weekends is closed (when there are more people) and there is no designated area. luggage 4-Buses have many problems to access the station and to leave also because the street is narrow and there are always badly parked vehicles and the police do nothing.

The one who answers the information phone seems to do it without enthusiasm and is slow to answer. The one from the company that makes Cuenca Madrid travel is as much of the same but also in a hurry to hang up. The station is from the year of the polka, old, cold and dark.

It is located in the center of the city on a large avenue. Due to its size, it is a large bus station that goes in all directions of the peninsula.

Very old. Very limited attention. They do not inform about other transports nor do they want to help people. It is a pity. There is no cafeteria for quite some time now. It is very cold and there is no WiFi or nothing at all.

I have been very well attended by a lady by phone, and I could see that the information on the Internet about schedules and frequency of the Cuenca-Alcazar de San Juan buses, is not three newspapers, but one and in the afternoon, 16.15 hours and return the next day at 6 in the morning, with forced overnight stay. Magnificent plan for sick assistants.
