Shameful! Send an urgent registered letter and two months later it is still undelivered ... I opened the incident on the customer service phone because now they only open from 8:30 to 14:30 from Monday to Friday and they take it with all the peace of mind in the world, they do not give you any solution in this regard other than "it is under study ”.

I give them a star because there is no option not to put any. I have had to pay out of pocket for a return by express mail that was initially free. And all because supposedly my zip code was not recognized by the computer, even though it did recognize my street with my zip code. Judge yourselves. I do not understand anything.
