VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AND VERY CARED WITH WHAT THEY SIGN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR NOTHING! I rented a floor and the account of water electricity and gas that CERTAIN is not installed from the previous tenant or owner who was before there I was charged by bank for the face come, as the previous person not paid we charge it to this fool I talk to them they do not answer they hide. I tell the bank to return the receipt and after 7 days they give it back to me and it is not an account, it's 360 euros. IF SOMEONE THINKS TO HAVE ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE THAT READ MY COMMENT AND THE OTHER COMMENTS OF MORE PEOPLE SCAMED OJALÁ HAVE READ THEM I BEFORE.
