Beautiful views. A pity that the additional building for the life of the previous permanent residents has been left abandoned and some heartless have damaged it. They should oblige the owner to restore and use it, and otherwise, give it to the City Council for use in training and recreational activities.

I love it because since I was born I have been going to the Entrepeñas swamp. The view of the hermitage overlooks the old house we had for 40 years and represents my second home.

The hermitage of Esperanza, living history of the misery that Durón suffered because of the Entrepeñas reservoir. The remains of the original, in the absence of the facade that was moved to the current one, lie under the waters that can be seen from this hill. With the swamp, its baroque plasterwork, its santero house, its beautiful riverside landscape disappeared forever ... The brutal transfer sometimes takes the miseries of what was that magnificent 17th century sanctuary. Facing that, this place on high, beyond its views, is a corner to disconnect and reflect on the secular abuse that Alcarria has suffered.
