Nothing professional I have gone to bleach my hair. The hairdresser has started without untangling my hair, without following any order when applying the product and without any homogeneity (there were strands with too much product and strands with nothing). Nor has he used aluminum foil, as they usually do in other hairdressers. He has stained my entire neck, ears and forehead, and has not worried about cleaning it (I had to do it with a kleenex), I applied it without any care, pulling my hair. When combing my hair, after having lightened my hair, I was torn off whole strands and when I told him to do it with more care he got angry and started to comb my hair quickly, without any care. The result has been horrible, yellow-orange and still brown tufts, because I had not thrown the product well. I do not recommend anyone to go, not only for their lack of professionalism, but for the horrible treatment received.
