The facilities are very good, the reception is perfect, the nurse is correct. The only fault is the doctor, and for this I give him a star. I go privately and he tells me to go to the CAP, I think this man has not realized that thanks to people like me who take out private insurance, he has a job. I suggest that doctors refrain from giving advice to which hospital or entity to go and do their job.

My husband has been admitted to the clinic for 6 days as a result of an accident. They did a CT scan when he was admitted and I was waiting for a maxillofacial to be assessed since, according to what they say, because no one has given an accurate diagnosis, he has a membrane on his fractured face. The excuses that for the holidays, that the mutual does not cover the specialist, although I have told you 4 days ago that we paid for it out of pocket. I have gone and I don't know how many times to customer service .... today they tell me that the doctor came, did an intervention and left .... embarrassing !!!! Having a person 6 days without telling him what he has and while charging the mutual for these days. I hope it's not really serious. Tomorrow I will put a claim sheet.
