If I could give minus stars I would do. We arrived with a broken clutch in our VW T5 bus, brought by the towing truck at about 17:30. They told us to wait in front of the door until 8:00 the next morning, so they can look at the problem. The next morning at 8:30 the same guy told us that they cannot look at the problem/van since it is too high and does not fit through the door - as if that information would not have been available the evening before. They did not offer any further support just gave me an address in San Sebastian where I should go. It was not possible to drive there since the car was broken. With the remote support via phone (a Spanish friend of mine), they at least called a towing service and asked for the price and availability. Afterwards I called my car insurance and asked them if they could assist - they remotely organized the transport and everything else. Sorry to say, but with this experience I am not convinced about Spanish hospitality and supportiveness. Actually I have travelled many countries in my live over the last 25 years and often had some kind of problem - but never experienced such ignorance and non-support in any of the previous situations in any other country.

My first visit, and the truth is that it was a very good experience. I wish I had taken the car from this dealership, after the bad experience where I bought the car six months ago. THANK YOU VERY MUCH and you have won a customer.

VASA Irún Workshop. I am taking the car due to a heating problem and they give me a budget of more than € 900 for repairs. When they say that I am not going to repair it because it is a very high amount for a 16-year-old car, they tell me that then they have to charge me the budget. The realization of the budget € 87. Budget hour equal to repair time. An abuse and without prior notice. Very disappointed.
